• This offer is valid for all American Express  Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Card member (“Cardmember”) for this offer means a person holding an American Express Platinum, Gold Charge, Consumer and all Network cards only. issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
  
• This offer is not valid on American Express Corporate Cards.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer. 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only. 
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offers and any such participation is purely voluntary. 
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same. 
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice. 
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer. 
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express® Card. No cash alternative is available. 
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

• Offer 1 - Get Instant Discount of INR 1,000 on Minimum Transaction of worth INR 1,000 and above for American Express Platinum and Gold Cardmembers only (including all services and memberships*)
  
  
• Offer 2 - Get Instant Discount of INR 1,000 on Minimum Transaction of worth INR 2,000 and above for American Express Consumer and all Network cards. (including all services and memberships*)
  
  
• Offer is applicable for American Express Platinum, Gold Charge, Consumer and all Network cards only. 
• The maximum discount is INR 1000 during the offer period per card.
• The Offer can be availed by the Cardmember once in 90 days.
• Offer is valid from 1st June 2025 till 31st March 2026 (both days included).
• The offer is only valid at the participating stores (mentioned below).
• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount inclusive of taxes. 
• Offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
• The offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts offered In-store.
• There are no black out days.
• Offer is valid on *all the services & purchase of Royal & Classic Membership and Royal Gift card only. 
• This offer is exclusively for all sale of services and Royal and Classic Membership and Royal Gift card only.
• Offer is not appliable on purchase of any products or on day packages or service combos.
• Prior appointment is mandatory.
• For appointments, Cardmembers need to call the respective branch (as mentioned below) (Monday to Sunday between 9 AM to 8 PM). 
• Cardmember must receive SMS from partner once booking is confirmed.
• Cardmembers are not required to enroll for the offer. Cardmembers will receive the instant discount upon transacting at the participating store during offer period at point of sale.
• Instant discount will be eligible for in-person transactions taken with participating salon on Pine Labs Terminal.
• The offer fulfilment journey at Payment counter at stores will be as follows: Cardmember will call out the offer at the store to the merchant and then pay with eligible American Express Card. (In-store transactions needs to be taken at participating Truefitt & Hill Salons on Pine Labs Terminal to be eligible for Instant discount). 
• Cardmember need to call respective salon contact number for reservations & Cardmember needs to callout the offer during time of payment or once they are at the salon.
• For queries, Cardmembers can coordinate with respective store manager &; can contact: [email protected] / [email protected] same will be respond within 7 Days
• The queries need to be raised within 72 hours of availing the offer.
• The queries will be addressed within 48 working hours from the day the query is raised.
• Last date to raise the query is 3rd April 2026.
• Cardmembers can avail the offer only at participating Truefitt and Hill Salons mentioned in the participating list and qualify for discount during the offer period.
