• This offer is open to all American Express Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Card member ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a personal card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. 
• This offer is also valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India."
• This offer is made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer. 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only. 
• American Express is neither responsible for the availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever about the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice. 
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, the purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

• Offer Construct: Get Instant Discount of 15% on transaction size of INR 5,000 & above at participating store list.
• Maximum discount up to 5,000 INR Per transaction.
• The offer is valid from 1st May 2025 to 31st October 2025, both days included. 
• This offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• This offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
• The offer is valid at participating CELIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED stores only as per store list. 
• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount inclusive of taxes. 
• Card member needs to call out the offer to cashier before bill generation to avail the offer in store. 
• There are no product exclusions under this offer. 
• This offer is not applicable on the purchase of gift cards (if available with the merchant). 
• No request for discount would be entertained after the purchase if the cardmember does not avail the offer at the time of payment. 
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts offered In-store. 
• Rates are payable in local currency INR. 
• Offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards. 
• CELIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, Mumbai & American Express reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period. 
• The offer is non-cashable and non-negotiable. 
• There are no black out days. 
• The offer fulfilment journey at Payment counter at stores will be as follows: Cardmember will call out the offer at the store to the merchant and then pay with eligible American Express Card. (In-store transactions needs to be taken at participating CELIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED stores on Pine Labs Terminal to be eligible for Instant Discount).
• Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same. 
• In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer, Cardmembers can reach out to CELIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED at respective stores within 10 days of the transaction, call central helpline at 8988492222 (All Days for Weeks)10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Or write on [email protected] and the queries will be responded within 72 hours of raising the issue on provided email id.

Celio Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, only if they are returned to us unused and in original condition, with their tags and stickers attached.

1. The item for exchange must be presented along with the original sales invoice.
2. Altered, damaged or used items or items purchased during sale, clearance, or under special offer will not be exchanged.
3. For reasons of hygiene, inner wear cannot be exchanged.
4. Your purchase is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. Please follow the washing instructions as given with the merchandise. We reserve the right to determine whether the goods have been damaged or used.
5. During Exchange, if you are unable to find your alternate choice of product, a credit note will be issued, which can be redeemed at any store, within the time period specified on the credit note.
